PET strapping, also known as polyester strapping, is sturdy plastic banding for heavy-load bundling, palletizing, shipping and storage. It serves as a high-performance replacement for steel and PP strapping.

JIATUO's PET strapping production line is special extrusion equipment for manufacturing polyester plastic steel straps. It mainly takes waste PET bottle flakes as raw material, greatly cutting raw material costs.

Finished PET straps own ultra-high tensile strength, excellent elongation recovery, rust-free and safe, widely used to replace traditional steel straps for heavy load bundling of bricks, lumber, metal, pallets and construction materials.

• High Tensile Strength & Durability: Significantly stronger than polypropylene strapping and rivals the strength of light to medium-duty steel strapping.
• Elastic Recovery (Memory): Can stretch under tension (typically 2-3%) and then recoils slightly to maintain tension on a load. This is crucial when pallets settle or shift during transit.
• Moisture & UV Resistance: Will not rust and is more resistant to moisture and sunlight than polypropylene, making it suitable for outdoor storage and export.
